      "fr" => "Il y a un paradoxe manifeste sur les besoins en systèmes d'information et le maintien des technologies d'information d'une part, et la position de la fonction des systèmes d'information, d'autre part. Les systèmes d'information et les technologies d'information sont apparemment cruciaux aux succès des grandes entreprises. Cependant, la fonction des systèmes d'information est souvent considérée comme une activité secondaire. Cet article évalue ce paradoxe à travers une étude approfondie sur quatre organisations importantes et établit la conclusion sur la nécessité d'un changement culturel pour rendre les systèmes d'information et les technologies d'information plus efficaces."

IS/IT are apparently critical to the success of the business. Yet the information system function is often considered as a secondary activity. This paper assesses this paradox through an in-depth survey of four large organizations and draws conclusions about the necessary cultural changes to make IS/IT more effective."
