The most recent real estate crisis has underlined, on an international scale, the effects of property markets on the city: deficit of public urban development operations, speculation on land and property markets, segregation of urban spaces, etc. This paper sets out: 1) to underline the consequences of property mechanisms on the urban structure , 2) to analyze property data.
