The European Market of Corporate Property Outsourcing: Present Trends and New Approach for Real Estate Economics

Many European countries are seeing radical changes in the size and structure of their property markets at the largest traditional owners dispose of their assets into the investment market. This paper analyses the importance and the weight of the corporate property outsourcing market in Europe. Its purpose is, on one hand, to determine the main motives of such a corporate strategy and on the other hand, to present the real estate process involved in the outsourcing deal with the emphasis placed on the participants of this market.
