      "fr" => "En utilisant le processus d'évaluation comme moyen de recherche, cette étude de cas met en valeur les différences culturelles entre les cadres français et britanniques dans un groupe hôtelier international. Un certain nombre de résulats concernant en particulier l'organisation, les valeurs, les actions et le comportement des dirigeants français semblent dévier des recherches effectuées à ce jour. La complexité, les interrelations, interdépendances et contradictions culturelles et leurs composantes mises à jour dans cet article semblent indiquer le besoin d'une analyse plus fine des phénomènes culturels que celle effectuée dans des études précédentes."
      "en" => "Using the appraisal process as a vehicle, this case study provides evidence of cultural differences between French and British managers within an international hotel organisation. A number of findings concerning particularly the organisation and its French managers' values, beliefs, actions, and behaviour seem to deviate from the literature. The complexity, interrelations, interdependencies, and contradictions of culture and its elements outlined in this article suggest a need for a more fine grained analysis of culturally related phenomena than previous studies seem to have done."
