      "fr" => "L'objectif de cette recherche consiste à montrer comment l'utilisation d'une structure analogue de modèles élaborés selon les méthodes de la dynamique des systèmes peut être utilisée pour caractériser la structure d'un système de production. Les contextes d'application de ce principe sont ceux de la production du sirop d'érable, au Québec, et du vin de Champagne, en France. Des résultats illustratifs sont présentés à titre d'exemple. L'apport de cette méthode dans l'étude de systèmes agroalimentaires est discuté."
      "en" => "The objective of this research is to demonstrate how the use of an analogous model structure designed according to the system dynamics approach can be used to characterize the structure of a production system. The contexts for applying these principles are the maple syrup production, in Quebec, and the Champagne wine production, in France. Results are presented to illustrate the workings of the models and implications for the agrifood sector are discussed."
