The Administrative Productivity of US Franchisors: An Empirical Investigation
Findings from an empirical study suggest that the administrative productivity of US franchisors is determined by the provision of support activities to franchisees, the need to monitor franchisees, the use of sub-franchising agreements and the size of the network.
