      "fr" => "Le CD-Rom La Francilienne, qui propose une simulation d'un processus de concertation sur un projet d'autoroute, permet non seulement d'enseigner les concepts de base en négociation et médiation, mais aussi de mettre en valeur deux concepts importants dans les processus de décision publics en améngement et en environnement : les conflits et la créativité. Les étudiants ont l'opportunité de faire l'expérience puis de discuter du conflit et de la créativité dans un contexte très proche de la réalité."
