Abstract
Managerial action looks currently structurally impossible: due to an intensified short term / long term tension, actors are demanded to comply with more and more contradictory objectives. Added to political decisions to be made, an analysis of the reasons for the possibility of such contradiction is necessary. We show to what extent the dual constitution of people (both feminine and masculine) makes room to contradictions as well as overcoming them.
