Abstract
This research develops the concept of “orthogonality”, “orthogonality” of the staffing approach of the project-teams and of the career development of the project managers implying the rotation of the functional actors in the projects. Throught the renewed diversity implied, this logic make up favourable conditins for collective learning during the projects.
