Staffing Approach and Conditions for Collective Learning: The Case of New Product Development Management

This research develops the concept of "orthogonality" of the staffing approach of the project-teams and of the career development of the project managers implying the rotation of the functional actors in the projects. Through the renewed diversity implied, this logic makes up favourable conditions for collective learning during the projects.
