The aim of the paper is to provide both a presentation of the development and the urban structure of office space in France over the last two decades and a presentation of the main players operating in the latter. The second part of the paper proposes a typical model for the pricing of office space during the 1975-1995 period, more precisely in the Paris region. When referring to the relevant database, one can observe a difference between the calculated prices and the observed prices during the boom of office space in 1985-1990.
