Abstract
French, Ducth and US authors contibuted to this special issue through five articles. They developed a new theme in the negociation field : the added value of simulations for research and practice. Each article developed a deep analysis of one or several complex experiences. In this conclusion, I will discuss the psychological security of simulations’ participants. This approach to analysis was treated in a more or less explicit and direct way by the authors. Therefore, this conclusion is not a summuray acount of the special issue. It creates links between the articles through a specific question.
