The development of Internet forums multiplies the violations of individual rights (insults, libel, invasion of privacy, illegal spreading of personal data, etc...). As these problems are new, case law tries to determine who is ultimately liable for these infringements. Is it the access provider, the webmaster, the operator, etc...? The choice is broad, but difficult to make.
