Relationships between Entrepreneurs and Established Firms : Divorce, Rivalry, Cooperation
The communication proposes a conceptual framework to account for the interactions between entrepreneurs and established firms. The analysis of typical contexts of avoidance, rivalry, and cooperation enables us to identify a set of organizational capabilities required from an established firm that pursues a development strategy through systematic collaboration with entrepreneurs.
