Relationship Marketing and Networks Management : From Simple Operator to High-Service Provider
Telecommunication operators have to develop the relationship dimension of marketing in order to cope with a growing concurrence and manage their customer base. The presentation gives some examples of these strategies, in particular concerning the French telecommunication operator.
