After more than 30 years of management by the eviction and management by the oversight all the stakeholders become aware of a renewal of the management of seniors. The chapter deals as two research questions, the employee aging in front of the decision to stay or to leave, on one hand, and the consequences of the practices RH of management of seniors on their commitment on the other hand.
