Qualité et diffusion des produits
In this paper, we suggest a model for product diffusion control based on quality. We apply the maximum principle of Pontryagin and obtain the optimal trajectory of quality during the products' life cycle. An econometric validation of the hypotheses formulated is verified and numerical solutions to the optimal control problem are obtained.
