      "fr" => "Le marché pour les personnes hautement qualifiées (QIs) dans les multinationales est de plus en plus international et de plus en plus de ces QIs ont migré vers un nouveau pays pour faire avancer leur carrière. Ces salariés peuvent être une source d'avantage concurrentiel pour les entreprises internationales. Nous utilisons une recherche qualitative avec des immigrants qualifiés en France pour faire valoir que leur succès dépend en grande partie de leur motivation à s’intégrer dans leur pays d'accueil, ce qui s'explique en grande partie par leur motivation à migrer."

Such employees can be a source of competitive advantage for international firms. We use qualitative research with qualified immigrants in France to argue that the success of QIs depends in large part on their motivation to integrate into their host country, which is largely explained by their motivation to migrate."
