      "fr" => "La prostitution n'est pas interdite en France. La situation est toutefois complexe car la profession de la personne prostituée n'est pas reconnue. Aucun droit n'est attaché à l'exercice de cette activité sans doute pour des raisons morales. Mais la morale juridique a aujourd'hui évolué. Une telle situation n'es plus à notre sens fondée. Par ailleurs l'incohérence des textes qui visent la personne prostituée est aggravée par une nouvelle proposition de loi (2014) non encore adoptée par le Parlement ayant notamment pour but de pénaliser le client. Une telle proposition de loi doit être critiqué non pas tant pour des raison idéologiques que dans la mesure où elle présente un caractère irréfléchi qui se retourne contre la personne prostituée que les auteurs de la proposition de loi veulent pourtant soi-disant défendre et protéger en tant que victime."

But legal morality has evolved, and, for the author of this book, this is nowadays an error. Inconsistent texts aimed at the prostitute are now facing a new proposal (2014) which aims to punish the client. Both in reality and in law such a proposal must be criticized."
