Pour un renouvellement des tableaux de bord sociaux

The perverse effects of the race to downsizing has been underestimated : deformation of the age pyramid, delayed costs, career management. The article suggests a new approach and the adoption of a pertinent indicator for specific problems such as the insertion of young people, the ends of and rebounds in careers.
