Politique de diversité et performance de l'organisation

Many reasons, beyond ethical motivations and regulatory constraints, explain the current commitment of organizations to policies supporting diversity. Research performance is also a reason. A few examples illustrate the link between diversity policy and certain aspects of the organization's performance.
