Abstract
With structural equation modeling based on the PLS Path Modeling and the XLSTAT-PLeaSure software, we show a way to represent and model how customer satisfaction is related to manifest and latent variables, using data that are available through different sources, and respecting the conceptual logics of marketing in a mathematical framework.
