Responding to new challenges coming from the external environment implies that new ideas must affect human resource management. The sharing of the function is at the heart of the implementation of processes of personalization, adaptation, involvement and anticipation.The latter implies a customer-supplier approach where the human resource manager meets the requirements of his five clients : the executive manager, the managers, his superiors, the employees and the trade unions.
