Abstract
This article traces the history of Vodafone’s growth and its capability to transform and adapt itself to the dramatically changing market environment in the dynamic telecommunication sector. It analyzes Vodafone’s growth strategy through acquisitions and the subsequent integration of acquired units with a key focus on how it manages to coordinate its businesses on a global scale.
