Panorama de la gestion des RH dans les PME

This article presents a few key results of the first survey to be jointly led by Ernst & Young and ESSEC. This survey, comprising some 200 small businesses, covers a wide variety of business sectors, its aims is to help us understand the level of HR awareness of executives.
