Organizational Revitalization within a Knowledge-based Approach of the Firm
Business process re-engineering provides a framework for considering a variety of strategic criteria and translating them into a well integrated business process. We present four guiding principles for integrating business process re-engineering with the strategic planning process. We then develop a three step strategic model of Business process re-engineering.
