Organizational Learning in Project-based Organizations: The Case of New Product Development Projects

The aim of this research is to point out organizations' learning abilities with respect to their structure. The empirical results show that the project-based organization promotes organizational learning during NPDPs as a result of the autonomy conferred on project teams. Project-based organization contributes to establishing favourable conditions for organizational learning during projects.
