Opportunités et opportunismes dans les organisations

Organizational dysfunctions are a source of opportunity. An individual can satisfy his opportunistic personal need in three ways: first, at the expense of the organization (classic opportunism), second, without any negative impact on the organization (the opportunism of survival) and third, improving the functioning of the organization (the opportunism of the whistle-blower).
