Abstract
SME as well as big companies are faced to the necessity of integrating mobility in personnel constraints. Virtual office softwares allow the employees to manage most business processes in mobility situations. They can access software applications wherever they are. The aim of this paper is to determine factors involved in the adoption of office virtual softwares by companies. We propose an adoption model which includes factors linked to employees’ characteristics, companies’ attributes and environment’s description. A pilot study was conducted to enable a first validation of the model.
