Mesurer la satisfaction au travail des cadres seniors en France: enseignements d'une équipe exploratoire
The social auditors are often brought to use and to measure the satisfaction in the work for various populations. This article examines dimensionnalités and reliability of the version shortened in 20 items of the MSQ on a sample of 216 seniors.
