Abstract
In Fance, in penal law, nobody is born guilty. We have not to prove our innocence inthe eyes of the law when there is a crime or an offense. But that is the theory. In fact we are not presumed to be innocent in front of justice or police. We are presumed to be guilty and have to produce proof of the contrary. This book tries to demonstrate whe practice and theory are so different.
