      "fr" => "Les entreprises agro-alimentaires de l'Union Européenne qui ont acquis des sociétés en Pologne et/ou en République Tchèque depuis 1990 ont été contactées afin de connaître leurs points de vue sur les risques, les moyens de gestion mis en oeuvre pour y faire face et les perspectives d'amélioration à propos de ces acquisitions. Une typologie des risques a été établie. Plusieurs risques proviennent de comportements opportunistes entraînant des problèmes de tromperie et de chantage."
      "en" => "Western agri-food companies, which have invested in Poland or/and the Czech Republic, have been contacted in order to assess those acquisitions from the EU acquirers' standpoint: risks that are faced, perspectives of risk management and improvement. Emphasis is being put on Poland and the Czech Republic. A typology of risks faced by those companies is set up. Several risks arise from opportunistic behavior inducing moral hazard and hold-up problems."
