The article presents the three main "managerial developments" ("digital revolution", "Big Data revolution" and "revolution agility") and the three strategic imperatives that are needed in 2015: enhancing customer focus and the operating posture, develop creativity of each co-construct the change. Understand new motivations tra¬vail, demonstrate agility and ability to drive change and develop organizational trust are three imperatives.
