Abstract
This chapter is an empirical analysis of the international mobility policy of a French multinational, LVMH. It deals with the main challenges related to the international mobility of its employees. The analysis shows that international mobility policy is mainly focused on a wider career development policy. The international mobility policy aims at giving the company’s employees the international experience needed to compete on its global markets.
