The fast development of the companies in Algeria at the beginning of the yearts 70 resulted in adopting steps then innovating of estimated management of employment and competences and of engineering of the formation. These formations professionnalisantes in alternation on a large scale were conceived in partnership between a function training under development strong within the companies and the dedicated organizations of formation.
