Abstract
This book presents a social science-oriented study of infrastructural networks. What is at stake is a better understanding of the logics, justifications and procedures used by the relevant parties to convince the inhabitants of the concerned territories of the validity of their choices and decisions. This book was issued as a result of a research seminar including researchers from France and Quebec.
