Les problèmes juridiques posés à une entreprise par son réseau Intranet
When a company decides to create an Intranet network's creation, opened on the Internet network, it has to resolve a lot of legal problems. This article analyses especially the juridical problems of network's creation and management, of the firm website, of e-mail's creation and of forum's management. That analyse is done in viewpoint of the firm's head, which risks its civil and penal responsability.
