Comment of the judgement of May 22, 2002 of the Nanterre Civil Court condemning the company Bouygues Telecom for misleading publicity, says it company having misled its customers on the methods of invoicing of the time of communication, which led to an overbilling from 25 to 30% of the time really spent by the customer.
