In 5 years, thinking in change has evolved radically. For 30 years (1978/2008), change management was structured around the instrumental model. Since 2008, the questioning of the instrumental model due to the saturation phenomenon of the change of psycho-social risks, the explosion of collaborative phenomenon caused the revolution of CO (Organizational Change).
