Les jeunes diplômés et l'e-recrutement

This article analyses the perception of future young graduates as to various recruitment methods, particularly the Internet. The results of the survey indicate that the Web turns out to be complementary to other methods during the whole recruitment process, with the principal aim of rapidity.
