The accelerated "internatisation" imposes several challenges on the Human Resources Management: a new organization of the company, a finer management of times and spaces, the conciliation between speed and pleasure at work and the stake in the heart of the worker responsibility network. The IT allow a personnel management meeting the requirements of the new economy: needs of competences, employability, management of knowledges.
