Abstract
The control and steering of a firm must achieve two functions : – “equilibration” (to ensure a dynamic balance between continuity and adaptation of cognitive structures), – “coordination” (to ensure a balance between individual learning and the coherence of organizational action). Both actions are achieved through representations.
