Constituting the suite of the article published in this review in June 2003, this article studies the various types of external cyberconflicts to the company. These conflicts are very varied, because they can imply the customers, the suppliers, the competitors and consumers' associations, and can be very heavy by consequences for the company if this last one does not set up a prevention's policy.
