Companies are structurally victims of a tension between ethics understood as sets of explicit normative rules and people tacit if not unconscious individual and collective behavior. Balancing dynamics between a normative understanding of reality and a humble observation of people behavior represents a continuously and continued challenge which amounts to the real processes on which decision-making dynamics are grounded.
