Le secret de l'instruction et l'atteinte à la présomption d'innocence

Examining magistrate who investigate a case has to ask for a trial in camera. Everybody is presumed to be innocent before to be judged. This has been laid down as a principle. In France, this law must be enforced. But in fact, there is a drift policy. enforcement of this law is difficult specially by the examining magistrate or attorney at law and the press. Why try to explain this problem and we propose solutions.
