The Intergovernmental Conference which is held at this moment is tackling all the questions linked to reconsideration's European Institutions. Member-States differ in their opinions about Europe and about its priorities. This study presents the different points of view from a State to another or from a political trend to another as clearly as possible , it is also a synthesis on key institutional questions as well as subsidiarity, the relative importance of States, Europe for one Europe for another.
