Evolution of operational requirements and financial constraints has induced Armies currently to adapt their solutions for maintenance and logistics for materials. The reforms led by the different armies changing the principles and the organisations, as well as the works launched in order to improve the availability, reveal common principles. A management concept for in-service support is appearing by integrating the management of fleets, logistics, maintenance and purchasing.
