Acknowledge everyone! This slogan seems to crystallize the individual and collective demands within Western companies, faced with which, leaders often appear disconcerted. After briefly defining the concept of recognition within social spaces, and the stakes for organizations and individuals in relation to the feeling of recognition, a plan of action for leaders is proposed.
