L'audit social au service de la performance globale

The communication shows the results of a survey carried out during the first semester 1998 among company managers on one hand and on Human Resources executives on the other. It aimed at assessing the present performance of Human Resources management in four assigned missions: to be a strategic partner for the company management, an actor of change, an administrative expert and the employee's champion.
