Abstract
Computer producer Bull, at the end of the eighties, faces the necessity to transform its performance concept from a manufacturing model to a service and innovation model. Such a transformation is hampered by the difficulty to change the actors’interpretation schemes and formal management systems. This situation is analysed on the basis of the pragmatic theories of learning.
